EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION:

Poor communication is at the root of almost every business problem ranging from low productivity to employee theft.  Communication is defined as "The giving and receiving of information needed for intelligent action or decision".  It is also an act of creating understanding between individuals.

Effective communciation is the basis of an individual's success at the workplace, as well as within their private life.  Some may think that someone's private life has no impact on his or her work.  In reality, an employee's way of communication, in time, affects all aspects of their life, including their work-style.
